In 2013, Hoover Rental was founded by Jesse Hoover starting out with machinery rentals to construction crews while operating out of his garage.
After a tornado blew down his garage in Spring of 2019, Jesse built a small shop where his brother Ronald would later join the business in Summer of 2019.
In December 2022 Hoover Rental & Sales moved into a new shop along hwy 2 east of Cantril Iowa.
